What we collect

Your name, email address, and the responses you provide in the AI Readiness Snapshot.

AI Readiness Snapshot

When you complete the AI Readiness Snapshot, we collect your name, company, business email, role, company context, your answers, and your results.

We use this information to generate and email your personalized report, and to follow up with you about the assessment. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the questionnaire. Marketing emails are sent only if you give separate consent for them.

Your answers and results are processed by Supabase for storage and Resend for email delivery. We keep this information for 24 months, after which your records and PDF report are deleted. To request access to, or deletion of, your data, email hello@nikolicnenad.com.

How we use it and legal basis

We use your information to send you your diagnostic report and, if you request it, arrange a free call to discuss your results. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the diagnostic form.

We also process limited data to operate, secure, and improve the site. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in running and improving our service.

Processors and third parties

We share data with the following service providers who process it on our behalf:

Supabase, database hosting
Calendly, call scheduling
Lovable, website hosting
Resend, email delivery

International transfers

Some of our processors may store or process your data outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.

Retention

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. AI Readiness Snapshot records and reports are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability in relation to your personal data. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
